New research presented at the European Association for the Study of Diabetes (EASD) 52nd Annual meeting last week in Munich, Germany showed that the fat that is in animal-based foods, like meats (i.e. beef, chicken, fish, etc.) and eggs raises the risk for Type 2 diabetes.
