Toasted Almond, Mandarin, and Pomegranate Salad

2/3 c toasted slivered almonds
Seeds from 1 large pomegranate
1/4 c seedless raspberry jam 1/4 apple cider vinegar
1/4 tsp black pepper
1-2 cans manadarin oranges with juice
Avocado cubed (optional)
Leafy greens of your choice

Combine first 6 or 7 ingredients and toss lightly with lettuce leaves.
